This free consultation can occur on the phone or via telehealth. This is where we get to know each other in order to determine if Steady Steps Rehabilitation is the best fit for you! We will also discuss your current impairments and functional limitations, your goals for physical therapy, the concierge physical therapy model and payment process.
Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation
$225 for a 60-90 minute comprehensive assessment
We take the time to understand the root of your problem to provide the best and most effective treatment. After the assessment, we will discuss the examination findings and create a personalized, comprehensive treatment plan that addresses all of your functional goals.
Home Safety Assessment
$150 for a 60 minute home assessment
Your therapist will come and assess your home for any fall risks and trip hazards. They will assist you in adjusting your home layout for optimum safety. Additionally, your therapist will make recommendations on equipment or home modifications. The goal is to keep you in your home as safe as possible for as long as possible!
Physical Therapy Treatment Session
Available individually or as a package for an additional discount
30-minute treatment session: $75
60-minute treatment session: $150
Package of FIVE 60-minute treatment sessions: $675 (10% discount per session)
Package of TEN 60-minute treatment sessions: $1,275 (15% discount per session)
